7th Grade Plays with Grammar

The 7th grade classes wrapped up their study of the parts of speech by designing and creating board games over the material.  Each group designed an orignal board game that covered the different parts of speech.  The groups created their board, made review questions, and wrote directions and rules .  To complete their project, the groups got to play the other games while they reviewed parts of speech.  Groups demonstrated creativity in their designs, ranging from traditional board games to three dimensional creations.  After all their work, the students enjoyed playing around with their grammar.
